Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive support to senior-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Office Management experience is a plus!
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of Oura’s administration team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO and CMO, including complex calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and facilitating cross-functional communication.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing incoming communications while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Expertly manage and optimize calendars and travel, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up on action items.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment to support daily operations, shipping/receivables, and vendor management.
  • Support the coordination of office events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all general office inquiries and requests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Office Management experience is a plus!
