- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support role.
- In-depth understanding of office management and the intricacies of scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with office software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, including setting up, confirming, or rearranging appointments as necessary.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
- Liaise with other executives, internal teams, and external contacts to streamline scheduling.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage and process expense reports related to travels.
- Coordinate team meetings, offsites, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled and team members are informed.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of team-building events or departmental functions.
- Collaborate with other departments or teams as necessary to ensure seamless event planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
