Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in an executive support position.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and organizational skills.
  • Experience in using independent judgment in responding to clients, internal management, and the public.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress and deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department.

  • Highly developed professionalism both in demonstrating work capabilities and taking care of internal and external sources (includes all levels of management, staff, investors, shareholders & vendors).
  • Validated experience in the ability to prioritize, plan, organize and follow through on projects.
  • Experienced with handling high-level, confidential information in a sensitive manner. Consistently operate with a high level of discretion.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Shown ability to effectively write reports and business correspondence.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
