Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in developing investor decks, board presentations, and executive-level reports.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex business topics and distill them into clear, impactful messaging.
- Strong media relations experience and comfort managing external communications.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with company goals and amplify the CEO’s vision.
- Write and refine speeches, investor updates, board presentations, and customer-facing messages that maintain a consistent and compelling narrative.
- Ensure employees are informed and aligned by leading internal communication initiatives and supporting company-wide messaging.
- Coordinate communication with investors, board members, customers, and media outlets.
- Identify and prepare the CEO for key speaking opportunities, including briefing materials and presentation content.
