Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop logical designs and north star architecture for DTCC business domains.
- Enable innovation through analysis of market trends and emerging technologies to identify and manage risks and opportunities and guide investment decisions.
- Facilitate business and IT alignment, connecting strategy to execution, driving the organization’s goals.
- Develop, socialize, and govern the evolution of standards, reference architectures, patterns, and principals.
- Lead analysis of the technology landscape environment to identify gaps, technical debt and recommend solutions for improvement which optimize cost, improve operations and solution sustainability.
- Manage, mentor, and provide architectural guidance across the organization by communicating the value of Enterprise Architecture, service offering and instill architectural and design thinking approaches.
- Create and evolve architecture practices, services, and operating model.
- Collaborate with the portfolio management team to improve and manage the intake and analysis process (including design and estimation) as well as to improve the Product and IT operating model.
- Drive maturity across our cloud practices, including automation, self-service, efficiency, scale and performance, leveraging well architected framework to assess maturity and drive improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into architectural requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies for innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure that enterprise architecture is designed with security and compliance in mind.
- Design solutions that can scale to meet the organization’s growth demands.
- Effective Communication using architectural artifacts across large technical and business audiences.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to architecture and development teams. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in architectural design.
