Responsibilities
- Elevate the guest experience by assessing casino activity and, if authorized, rewarding players with exciting complimentary offerings.
- Build lasting relationships with guests, creating unforgettable moments that drive loyalty and excitement.
- Deliver VIP treatment from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
- If authorized, establish marker limits for eligible players, enhancing their gaming experience.
- Be the life of the party—engage with guests at exclusive events to support marketing and retention efforts.
- Safeguard confidential guest information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Turn challenges into opportunities by resolving guest concerns with efficiency and hospitality.
- Stay sharp and compliant by adhering to all regulations, including Title 31, and completing required training.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services, or table games preferred.
