Requirements
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar position in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Hospitality industries. Highline automotive experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition.
