Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in military exercise and deployment planning and execution
- 3+ years of experience planning exercises with allies and partners in the Pacific theater
- Experience as Rated Air Force, such as Pilot, Navigator, or Air Battle Manager
- Experience in Military Decision-Making Process, Orders writing and publication, Joint Doctrine, and multiple military theaters
- Experience with Joint military planning and operations
- Experience leading peers and subordinates in a joint environment for exercises
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, assess and execute military exercises across the region
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of large unit movement requirements, Timed Phased Force Deployment Data, and Joint Operations and Planning Execution Systems (JOPES)
- Knowledge of multi-domain operations and requirements
- Ability to merge operational and logistic objectives, effects, and requirements
