Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles in the Mobile space.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Critical thinker who is detail oriented and analytical; bias toward customers’ needs
- Passionate about delivering quality customer experience, ensuring consistency and quality across the PNC mobile app
- Strong leadership
- Experience with Figma, Adobe, Sketch, and Jira
- Ability to foster creativity, collaboration and culture of excellence within the Mobile design team
Responsibilities
- Designing world-class Mobile app experience for all of PNC
- Driving Mobile design strategy and ensuring alignment with customers’ needs and business goals
- Continuously iterate and improve features of the PNC mobile app based on user feedback, testing and research
- Work collaboratively with mobile designers and key stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and prioritize design initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with launching a Bank and/or Fintech’s Mobile App
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on building Mobile App experiences
- Experience managing high performing Mobile design teams
