F-35 Electronic Warfare Engineer

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in a lead electronic warfare engineering or technical position
• 3+ years of experience in support of a 4th or 5th Generation U.S. strike or fighter aircraft
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes, system engineering practices, and technical oversight
• Ability to independently think, plan, and work at both a tactical and strategic level
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in evaluating new technologies, performing risk assessments, and improving the design of aerospace systems
• Orchestrate the development of EW systems through the full lifecycle, from requirements determination through operations
• Contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by evaluating, improving, and designing leading-edge aerospace technology for the F-35
• Work with a community of engineers across the company, collaborate with clients to deliver world-class solutions for F-35 systems, and evaluate new technologies for application in improving designs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EW and CM acquisition
• Experience with Test and Evaluation of EW systems
• Knowledge of Special Access Programs
• Possession of excellent organizational and project management skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Top Secret clearance
• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Level I Acquisition Professional in Engineering Certification
