Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum 8+ years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Team center and Unigraphics.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Sub-System Integrated Product Teams (SSIPT’s) to ensure a systems approach across multiple module centers and systems organizations.
- Work closely with Product Safety, Certification and Validation (PSCV), Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) and EDSI teams to lead and deliver SSIPT requirements, work scope and schedule to meet critical program reviews and test schedule.
- Support Digital Model Based Systems Engineering, Model based design/definition and other digital enterprise objectives.
- Execute SSIPT scope using agile process with all participating teams and provide regular update to PW and JPO leads at agile demo days and program milestone reviews.
- Execute, analyze, decompose, validate, and document all relevant functional system requirements and develop critical integration milestones and handoffs.
- Execute design integration activities like Team Center (TC) configuration management, interfaces, weight and mass properties, clearances and gapping as required.
- Execute agile planning and digital transformation activities for design integration function.
Preferred Qualifications
- Security Clearance.
- IT Focal JCL 2 with experience in export jurisdiction and classification.
- Knowledge of jet engine operation and experience in engineering with module center product knowledge.
- Basic Teamcenter, xClass and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience working with military customers and being comfortable presenting to both military and company leadership.
