Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Facilities Management, Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
- Ability to work independently
- Permanent US work authorization required.
Responsibilities
- Pull preventative maintenance schedules and descriptions for all building systems in collaboration with our on-account performance manager.
- Research best in class preventative maintenance programs working with our JLL Engineering department.
- Determine opportunities to enhance services and drive efficiencies through re-bidding of contracts and/or bringing services in-house using our mobile engineering division (dedicated and variable).
- Prepare a presentation showing steps taken, comparisons used, validations of data, conclusions, and next steps.
- Present to the account team and our client.
