Requirements
- Has the ability to work safely, respond appropriately in an emergency, and report unsafe conditions, and follow OSHA and AIG rules
- Has the ability to read and write proficiently to evaluate reports, correspondence and statistical information
- Has excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
- Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience (required)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage building automation, fire, elevator, hotel, and preventative maintenance systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise and delegate tasks for special projects, ensuring they align with design specifications and budget requirements.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, ensuring proper functionality and longevity.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports to federal, state, and local authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure all employees receive OSHA training and adhere to safety protocols.
- Maintain operational efficiency by ensuring employees perform effectively and productively.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, using problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has 4+ years of prior relevant experience in a Facilities related position (preferred)
