Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basics Energy Measurement
- Basics of Calculation Energy Demand
- Mafact 6.10 Energy Reduction Questionnaire
- Journeyman Electrician
- Excellent PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required
Responsibilities
- Assessing the facility’s resource requirements
- Designing and optimizing the facility’s layout and critical operational systems
- Overseeing the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment
- Controlling all Facility drawings, layouts, utility requirements, and ISO system development
- On-site project coordination and construction leadership
- Following document control policies and procedures
- Analyzing and collecting data for sustainability key indicators
- Seeking innovative solutions to waste, water, and energy reductions
