Requirements
- Experience working with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families with a net-worth of greater than $25MM
- Ability to develop and execute client relationship plans
- Experience managing a service team and coordinating with various advisors
- Deep knowledge of Family Wealth services and capabilities
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for client management and tracking
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver all family wealth services
- Own the execution of service strategy and overall client experience for UHNW families
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the service team
- Engage the family’s outside advisors
- Develop and maintain ongoing Wealth Issues Reviews and Wealth Roadmap for assigned clients
- Co-facilitate the Family Wealth Legacy Day’s and develop custom strategies for the next generation
- Help structure and participate in clients’ annual family meetings
- Deliver distinctive service by completing annual relationship reviews with all assigned clients
- Accountable for management of book of business in Salesforce
- Employ a disciplined approach to client review process
