Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Preferred)
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon – State of Pennsylvania
- Team Player
Responsibilities
- Initial and ongoing assessment of patient’s medical, physical, and psychosocial status
- Perform history and physical
- Develop assessment and treatment plan
- Participate in clinical patient care
- Record progress notes
- Order tests, examinations, medications, and therapies
- Write and dictate progress notes and procedure notes
- Provide patient education and counseling covering health status, test results, and disease processes
- Perform procedures
- Perform neurobehavioral examinations
- Participate in scholarly activities in behavioral neurology and neuropsychiatry
- Provide teaching and near-peer mentorship to students and residents
- Participate in development, organization, and conduction of conferences, lectures, and events for behavioral neurology and neuropsychiatry
- Engage in multidisciplinary team based care for behavioral neurology and neuropsychiatry patients
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Preferred)
