Requirements
- Must have an active Secret US Government security clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a Secret security clearance
- Ten (10) years of practical experience and High School diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Review and incorporate changes for problem sheets as assigned
- CR/CN, LOA/MRK LOA incorporations and WTPSC’s
- Manual manipulation of work orders to add material and ERS
- Adjusting class file in TeamCenter and PCM
- Revising product structures in TeamCenter
- Creation of operations, routings, MED Op AC lines, and IW CC’s to bring in change incorporations
- Adding of PWI lines, PM doc of drawing pages, editing forms and requesting and loading BA views
- Prepare for and attend Non-Workable Work (NWW) meetings for D904, MOD SM3 and MDM meetings
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, Artemis, EWP/PCM, TeamCenter and Business Objects
- Assist in training external new hires in fundamentals of planning acronyms, Teamcenter product structure changes, use of EWP/PCM/Artemis and change incorporations
- Facilitate and implementation of process improvements
- Adjudicate system generated stop works
- Adjudicate LOFT errors
- Interface with various departments to include, but not limited to Materials, Production Control, Operations, Engineering, IT, Advance Planning, Quality Assurance, Work Package Digital Data Group (WPDD), etc.
- Review of SWFTS TI/APB life cycle upgrades AN/BQQ-10 ARCI all Classes of Submarines
- Review of GFI and GFE data pertaining to PMS401 AN/BQQ-10 ARCI
- First of a kind flavor of SWFTS TI “ship checks” as required
- Weekly remote interface with NAVY On Site Team at LM Facility Manassas VA
- Weekly remote interface with PMS401 Installation Manager Wash DC
