Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or customer marketing in the technology industry, preferably within cloud networking or related domains.
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue through effective field marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking technologies and trends.
- Experience in developing and executing high-impact marketing programs, utilizing innovative approaches such as virtual reality experiences.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
- Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present marketing plans and results to stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing plans to support sales objectives and drive demand generation.
- Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, conferences, and maintain a calendar of programs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and develop account-based marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to engage with reselling partners to support and enhance local events.
- Collaborate with the broader Aviatrix marketing team to deliver compelling presentations, collateral, and promotional materials with consistent messaging and branding.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and industry associations.
- Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Manage the field marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Collaborate on the development of demand generation (demand gen) programs to increase awareness and adoption of Aviatrix.
