Requirements
- Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree (preferably in construction management, and related fields)
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Prior field operations or construction internship experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assigned progressively challenging projects that support growth in various lines of business—servicing existing elevators and escalators, installing new elevators and escalators, and modernizing elevators that have reached their natural life cycle
- Engage in teamwork, research, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior field operations or construction internship experience is a plus
