Requirements
- Tenacious hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process
- Demonstrated experience in a sales role, preferably software sales
- Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
- Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO, VP, MD, RN, FNP etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Ability to work in fast paced, ever changing environment and pivot when necessary
- Self driven, motivated and results oriented
- Enthusiastic teammate and team player mindset
Responsibilities
- Successfully source new business within private practices, physicians group and health care systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas by qualifying opportunities and scheduling demos
- Align Commure+Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to drive new business
- Become an expert in the healthcare space
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
- Past experience and success in the SDR role
- Proven success in penetrating new markets and cultivating new business
- Consistent over-achievement in past positions
- Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
