Requirements
- Experience in tactical and strategic management and leadership
- Ability to manage workforce planning and employee relations issues
- Knowledge of operational and technical requirements
- Capability to leverage region-wide resources and partner with stakeholders
- Experience in setting department budgets and managing expenses
