Responsibilities
- Handle the setup, maintenance, and closure of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter and update client information in our database, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Generate and analyze reports on account activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure seamless account management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the account administration function.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in account administration, customer service, or related roles.
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes. Preferred Experience with QuickBooks.
- Experience with data entry and monthly financial reporting.
