Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA Preferred
- Strong cross-functional leadership, support and communication skills
- 5-7 years of finance and operating leadership experience
- Experience managing direct reports with remote team management a plus
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Strong working knowledge of retail a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide performance metrics, P&L trend analysis, and profitability insights to improve efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and the Division VP to develop and implement strategic plans while acting as a trusted financial advisor.
- Partner with regions to ensure financial discipline, manage budget planning, and drive accountability for results.
- Maintain a strong control environment, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with financial policies to protect company assets.
- Lead KPI reporting, build performance dashboards, and enhance financial disciplines across the organization.
- Direct a finance team, influence indirect reports, engage in enterprise-wide projects, and drive fact-based decision-making.
