Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles; ideally with 3+ years as a Financial Analyst
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets required; strong modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s in finance/accounting a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior G&A leaders (CFO, CLO, CIO, CPO) to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain financial models that drive strategy, planning, and investment decisions.
- Deliver clear and actionable financial insights through monthly reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close and flux analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting.
- Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes that support our rapid growth.
- Work cross-functionally with FP&A teams supporting GTM, R&D, and Product to ensure alignment and holistic financial planning.
- Contribute to long-range planning and annual operating plan development for G&A functions.

- Experience in high-growth, public SaaS or multinational environments preferred
- Strong operational mindset with a passion for process optimization, execution, and scale
- Intellectually curious with a problem-solving orientation—ability to break down complex issues and build data-driven solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable playing ‘up and down the stack’—can zoom in on data accuracy and process detail, while also supporting leadership-level discussions
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; brings structure and prioritization without being told what to do
- Familiarity with Anaplan, Workday, NetSuite, and Tableau a plus
