Requirements
- Know and apply standard accounting principles, financial control procedures, computerized accounting systems/software, and financial management.

- B. S. in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in public accounting and/or financial management at a supervisory level or as department head.
Responsibilities
- Supervises Finance Department Staff Accountants and other accounting functions including Accounts Receivable.
- Assigns and coordinates event settlements and event reporting within Finance Department.
- Serves as primary day to day contact for Tenant Finance Departments.
- Ensures high quality of communication and coordination between Finance Department and key internal and external event stakeholders.
- Supervises the monthly accounting cycle and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assists with preparation of financial statements for the client and ASM Global corporate including monthly statements, annual budgets and reports.
- Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and serves as primary audit contact.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent math skills: high aptitude for accrual-based accounting processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
- The ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required.
- Effective supervisory and management skills.
