Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Cost Accounting
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial research and analysis to support business strategies
- Manage financial processes and tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and present financial reports and recommendations in a clear, concise manner
- Lead and support financial aspects of key projects
- Supervise and lead financial analyst
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in financial analysis, enterprise reporting, cost accounting, or general accounting
