Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Deep understanding of business models, forecasting, and financial planning.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale finance operations, including payroll, taxes, accounting, and compliance.
- Track and manage burn rate, tying financial models directly to business growth.
- Partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Product to assess opportunities to our top of funnel growth.
- Develop and maintain revenue and business model forecasts.
- Analyze and track key business metrics such as sales efficiency, product performance, and marketing ROI.
- Build and maintain financial models that drive headcount planning, budgeting, and growth strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with leaders to ensure financial and operational alignment.
- Help design and manage sales compensation plans.
