Requirements
- 5+ years in Data Engineering or Analytics, 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Broad expertise in data technologies, including data warehousing, ETL, and data quality concepts.
- Experience with deploying enterprise-level machine learning models.
- Technical understanding of Databricks and Systems, such as Hadoop, Teradata, and Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques and tools.
- Python and PySpark experience, as well as excellent command of SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead data design sessions with Finance, Modeling, and Product teams to build flexible data structures.
- Design and develop analytical data models for analytics solutions and machine learning models.
- Design and build a data quality framework.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with model implementation teams for online implementation of predictive models.
- Mentor team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with unstructured data and business intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to build consensus among diverse points of view.
