Requirements
- Current enrollment at a US university with an expected graduation date in Spring 2025
- Excellent academic credentials; Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Interest in shareholder activism and/ or public equity market ecosystem
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and proficiency in data management
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work across interdisciplinary teams
- Confident and skilled communicator in both written and verbal format
- Demonstrated track record of success in an intellectually demanding, fast paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple high priority projects simultaneously
- Highly motivated self-starter with intellectual curiosity and ability to think creatively on bespoke projects
Responsibilities
- Develop client presentations on shareholder activism defense strategies and tactics
- Support strategic M&A with shareholder analytics and shareholder engagement advice
- Analyze Shareholder, Activism, and Equity Markets databases
- Evaluate trends in equity ownership and shareholder activism
- Participate in internal marketing initiatives and contribute to thought leadership efforts
- Leverage developing AI technology to facilitate analysis
- Take a leadership role in publishing topical memos for internal and external client use
