Financial Analyst

Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree; OR FOUR (4) years of workforce experience
ONE (1) year of workforce experience to include experience in Finance, Accounting, Process Improvement, Process Mapping, Data Science, or Training

Work with Federal Civil Servants to deliver Budget and Funds Management support to the J8 directorate

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Experience using one or more (1+) of the following DoD Financial Management systems: Defense Enterprise Accounting & Management System (DEAMS), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), Commander’s Resource Integration System (CRIS), Electronic Document Access (EDA), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), and/or Advana Data Analytics System
Experience specifically focused on data quality controls and data visualization, as well as reporting and analytics
Experience working in Government Finance (preference to USTRANSCOM, SDDC, or AMC Financial Management experience) and/or managing TWCF Funds
Experience developing budget forecasts using: Incremental Budgeting, Zero Based Budgeting, Activity-Based Budgeting, and/or Value Proposition methodologies
Experience developing and applying overhead, G&A, or other finance-related rates
Experience developing tools in the following systems: SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and/or MS Access
Experience identifying and developing Process Mapping
Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word) and experience with coding languages. Preference for SQL and Python
Demonstrated experience developing complex data visualizations, especially with dashboarding software like Advana, PowerBI or COGNOS
