Financial Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting, preferably within consumer goods or retail.
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or Domo.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accountability.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Support month-end actuals process, ensuring financial results are accurately reported and aligned with expectations.
Support the forecasting and budgeting processes, tracking key financial metrics across the P&L.
Develop financial reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide insights on drivers of performance deviations.
Work closely with internal finance and commercial leads to provide financial insights that support business strategies.
Assist in financial planning and scenario modeling to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting and financial processes.
Support the development and implementation of financial reporting tools, including BI platforms such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or Domo.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation in financial reporting and forecasting.
Ensure data integrity and alignment between financial systems and reporting outputs.
Provide financial support for strategic initiatives, including pricing analysis, promotional strategies, and new business opportunities.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to assess profitability, trends, and business opportunities.
