Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Responsibilities
- Forecast infrastructure costs for the Google cloud business and contribute to monthly and annual planning processes.
- Collaborate with cloud capacity planning team and work with multiple stakeholders to develop the capacity forecast.
- Create financial models for analyzing Capital Expenditure and Operational Expenditure trends for various cloud business segments.
- Influence strategy decisions on capacity as a finance partner for cloud capacity leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in understanding infrastructure costs for cloud related businesses.
- Ability to work with and analyze datasets, building dashboards and provide insights to business partners.
- Ability to work in a fluid environment.
- Ability to plan, execute and deliver on projects, and to multitask on varying projects and initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and modeling skills, with the ability to work with teams leads to frame issues and structure analyses.
