Financial Analyst MBA Intern – Data Center Networking FP&a

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Currently pursuing an MBA degree
• Ability to question the output of a financial model and consider options for improvement
• Detail oriented with the ability to perform with accuracy under deadlines
• Desire to learn new technologies and have a great intellectual curiosity
• Positive and upbeat attitude that thrives in a team environment
• Background in finance, business analytics, or other analytically focused positions

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth financial analysis of sales pipelines and opportunities to drive insights on demand trends, regional market dynamics, and solutions adoption/transitions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages
• Assist in developing the forecasting models for customer regions and industry verticals across business lines to understand the dynamic demand environment
• Identify opportunities to drive new insights and process improvement leveraging systems and tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and advanced Excel financial modeling
• Detail oriented, highly analytical, and able to translate data and trends into powerful strategies and compelling messages
• Own financial data and reports to ensure they are both accurate and updated
• Provide analyses is to assist in driving key decision making for executive leadership
• Create insightful business dashboards and reports to monitor high-priority focus areas
