Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on data center construction projects.
- 5 years of experience in financial principles, controls, and budgeting processes, with experience managing project budgets.
- 5 years of experience in SQL and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full life-cycle of data center construction programs, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Utilize SQL and data analysis skills to monitor project performance, track key metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize project outcomes.
- Implement financial controls, including budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and risk assessment, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, operations, finance, and legal, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of project goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience with data center commissioning and operations.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for data center design and construction.
