Requirements
- 1+ year of prior financial services industry sales experience required
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. required
- Effective verbal and written communications required to explain products, tools, concepts and processes to a diverse customer base
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from 800-line, assisting with product and sales questions, while meeting minimum call volume of 40 calls per day
- Transfer/funnel calls to appropriate departments, including forwarding leads to Internal Wholesalers
- Run product illustrations, meeting or exceeding established turnaround times on all requests, with 100% accuracy
- Complete fulfillment requests for marketing materials
- Partner with Service Liaison to handle Service Issues/Exception Requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required
- Successful completion of Industry Continuing Education (such as LIMRA / LOMA) courses preferred
- Experience with annuity products and illustration software systems is strongly preferred
