Requirements

Responsibilities
- Learn and master products and systems through comprehensive training
- Manage a high volume of work flowing through various queues, ensuring accountability and timely completion
- Handle ‘not in good order’ items, which may involve calling advisors or clients
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Process business requests according to government regulations, contract provisions, and internal procedures and controls
- Provide outstanding quality customer service by demonstrating and understanding customer needs and emphasizing timely responses
- Integrate lean methodology into daily interactions through problem-solving meetings and team huddles
- Consult and interpret contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business for policyholders, agents/brokers, and other operating units
Preferred Qualifications
- Participation in technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, ChFC
- FINRA Series 6 license preferred
- One to three years of work experience with product-related customer service work experience preferred
