Responsibilities
- Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
- Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center to support customers with increasing complexity
- Develop and hone skills through dedicated time each week for networking, online classes, and skill development
- Transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center after completing training
