Responsibilities
- Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
- Performs loan documentation reviews for consumer loans based on the program’s guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Communicates with team members, supervisor, lenders, and customers in an effective manner to facilitate the appropriate exchange of information necessary to meet documentation requirements.
- Will be responsible for communicating professionally directly with our lender clients.
- Will be responsible for tracking and processing tasks in a timely manner.
- Identify trends and problems and proactively take steps to resolve.
- Will be working directly with customers to guide them through the processes supported; Forbearances, SCRA Military Benefits, Repayment Plans, Death Notifications, Disability Notifications.
- Research and resolve complex and unique accounts.
- Work with internal and external customers; resolving issues.
- Work on special projects as assigned by leadership team.
- Work with team to meet and exceed department goals and objectives.
- Research and provide support for audit related requests.
Preferred Qualifications
