Responsibilities

  • Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
  • Performs loan documentation reviews for consumer loans based on the program’s guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Communicates with team members, supervisor, lenders, and customers in an effective manner to facilitate the appropriate exchange of information necessary to meet documentation requirements.
  • Will be responsible for communicating professionally directly with our lender clients.
  • Will be responsible for tracking and processing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Identify trends and problems and proactively take steps to resolve.
  • Will be working directly with customers to guide them through the processes supported; Forbearances, SCRA Military Benefits, Repayment Plans, Death Notifications, Disability Notifications.
  • Research and resolve complex and unique accounts.
  • Work with internal and external customers; resolving issues.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by leadership team.
  • Work with team to meet and exceed department goals and objectives.
  • Research and provide support for audit related requests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 – 2 years customer service experience and/or general work experience preferred.
