Requirements
- Two years of experience at a level equivalent to Fiscal Specialist 1 AND 15 quarter hours OR 10 semester hours of college level accounting; OR equivalent education/experience.
- Experience with financial duties in a higher education or other grant-related industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with creating budgets and communicating requirements to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining complex fiscal record keeping systems.
- Managing licensing and compliance activities.
- Overseeing budgeting and fiscal processes.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university policies.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the V&E department and Wine Science Center, including personnel and recruitment efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of state budgets.
- Related experience in the wine industry.
