Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills (AP/Chicago Styles)
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies (CRM, webinar, video editing)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree from four year college/university
- Minimum Required: 0 to 3 years work related experience
Responsibilities
- Provide general support for webinar and event/conference programs, maintain marketing materials, maintain expense reporting and respond to general internal marketing inquiries.
- Provide editorial support for marketing materials, pitch books, presentations, announcements, emails, invitations and website content.
- Maintain periodic (daily/weekly) reports and updates.
- Become well-versed in how to use the firm’s Salesforce CRM and email distribution software.
