Requirements
- Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Data Entry of 1-2 years.
- General clerical and administrative experience of 1-2 years.
- Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and diverse organization.
- Must be highly organized and self-driven.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining fleet-related documents such as vehicle registrations, plates, titles, and insurance cards.
- Order, reassign, and block fuel cards.
- Issue and terminate driver fuel PINs.
- Accurately enter data in the fleet management system. Requires attention to detail.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work closely with team members.
