Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business related field desirable
- Minimum (3) years management experience in a retail/restaurant/supermarket environment
Responsibilities
- Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates
- Takes customer orders over the phone or in person at the store with a pleasant and positive attitude
- Keeps a fresh, clean, and appealing department
- Builds displays that are clean, simple, and merchandised to company standards
- Develops and implements localized merchandising plans
- Manages department inventory by tracking weekly sales
- Checks and verifies all department deliveries and invoices to ensure accurate billing
- Creates designs in front of the customer’s eye
- Makes sure department is changing with each season
- Trains other Floral Associates in your district on new programs
Preferred Qualifications
