Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and support to food and beverage team members
  • Observe daily conditions of physical facilities and equipment
  • Control usage of food and beverage items and service equipment
  • Ensure quality of food product and guest relations standards
  • Comply with hotel policies as noted in Employee Handbook
  • Ensure proper scheduling of team members based on business needs
  • Monitor seating pace and check on table service detail constantly
  • Handle guest concerns and recognize potentially disruptive guests
