Responsibilities
- Directly supervises employees in various dining areas
- Exhibit a hands-on approach to training and developing team members
- Provide direction and support to food and beverage team members
- Observe daily conditions of physical facilities and equipment
- Control usage of food and beverage items and service equipment
- Ensure quality of food product and guest relations standards
- Comply with hotel policies as noted in Employee Handbook
- Ensure proper scheduling of team members based on business needs
- Monitor seating pace and check on table service detail constantly
- Handle guest concerns and recognize potentially disruptive guests
