Requirements
- Associate degree or related leadership work experience
- At least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as an FSQA leader
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Supports investigating (and correct) internal issues and complaints relating to food safety and quality.
- Develop, motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of salaried FSQA supervisors and technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within. Provide all employees with the necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction.
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, Calibration, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any other FSQA requirements.
- Coach and train FSQA employees, including Supervisors, to follow company procedures and processes, evaluate team productivity and accomplishments.
- Initiates RCA investigations, executes pending preventive and corrective action requests (CAPA), including nonconformities from holds, internal and external audits.
- Drive KPI improvements through a structured approach for continuous improvement.
