- Strong software engineering background with hands-on coding experience

- Experience with developer tools, code search, and AI-assisted coding

Responsibilities
- Get intimately familiar with the entire tech stack and product feature set
- Shadow experienced team members FDE, Engineering, and Technical Success to learn about customer engagements
- Learn how to pitch the product and familiarize with the go-to-market motion
- Lead an engagement from end-to-end with the first customer
- Work with the largest and most sophisticated customers, building new capabilities and improving existing capabilities in the product
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities across all customers
- Contribute to the refinement and scaling of the FDE program based on experiences
- Become a go-to expert for complex customer integrations and technical challenges
- Grow customers’ love for Sourcegraph
