Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something from scratch
- Experience at fast-growing startups (Seed to Series C)
- Track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical concepts
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of mid-market technology companies (200-2,000 employees) with expansion into enterprise accounts in the near future
- Developing deep relationships with data science and engineering leaders to understand their pain points and demonstrate how Delphina solves critical problems
- Working closely with product and engineering to deliver customer feedback and insights that drive product development
- Creating repeatable, scalable sales processes that will serve as the foundation for our growing sales organization
- Collaborating across the company to continuously improve our value proposition and competitive positioning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to data science, engineering, or infrastructure teams
- Background in data infrastructure, machine learning, or AI tools
- Prior experience at larger enterprises
- Experience building sales enablement materials and defining sales processes
- History of successful land-and-expand deals in the mid-market and enterprise space
