About the role
As our Founding Brand Designer, you will define how Copilot looks, feels, and comes to life across every touchpoint. We’re looking for a designer with a sharp visual eye — someone who understands the power of aesthetics, composition, and storytelling to create a brand that stands out. From web and social to product launches and video, you’ll craft high-impact visuals that make a lasting impression.
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — who sees creative challenges not as limitations but as opportunities to push boundaries. You’ll need to adapt quickly, iterate often, and bring fresh ideas to the table while collaborating with specialists (motion, video, and more) to execute at the highest level.
