Requirements
- Experience building and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools and practices
- Strong IT systems and operations background
- Deep understanding of security principles and best practices
- Programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
- Experience supporting development teams
Responsibilities
- Architect and build our cloud-native AWS/GCP/kubernetes infrastructure using industry best IaC/gitops practices and tools
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment
- Build comprehensive monitoring systems using tools like Datadog
- Automate everything that can be automated
- Support SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance initiatives
- Implement security controls for AI model interactions
- Set up monitoring and incident response processes
- Build and manage all internal systems (workstations, collaboration tools, access management)
- Set up and maintain development environments and tools
- Implement security policies and controls for internal systems
- Automate IT processes and user onboarding
- Provide technical support for AI tools and platforms we use internally
Preferred Qualifications
