Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, or a similar role in B2B SaaS
- Strong knowledge of APIs and integrations
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Responsibilities
- Be the technical partner for customers, guiding them on how to best use Coperniq and integrate it into their workflows
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and engineering to design and deliver solutions tailored to customer needs
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, especially around integrations and configurations
- Ensure customer feedback flows seamlessly into product improvements
- Write clear, useful technical documentation (e.g., integration guides, API specs)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the solar or blue-collar industries
