Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrates strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
- High School Diploma with 1 year of customer service or banking experience
Responsibilities
- Ability to proficiently complete all required activities in concert with SLAs
- Responsible for answering all inbound calls relating to fraud or unauthorized transaction claims
- Ability to build strong sense of teamwork and/or work autonomously
- Displays a solid understanding of Microsoft Office product suite
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree with 1 year of fraud, risk, customer service or investigative experience
